At FrshFuel, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read below for details on our refund and replacement process.

Final Sale on Food Products

Because FrshFuel Sour LemonBurst™ gummies are a consumable food product, we are unable to accept physical returns of opened or unopened product for hygiene and food safety reasons. All sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right. Please contact us at support@frshfuel.com within 21 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A photo of the product and/or packaging, where applicable

Once verified, we will send a free replacement or issue a refund for the affected item, at our discretion.

Refund Requests

If you are dissatisfied with your FrshFuel purchase for any reason, contact us at support@frshfuel.com within 21 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund for your most recent order.

We may request proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) if we are unable to verify your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, FrshFuel is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office or the relevant carrier directly, and reach out to us at support@frshfuel.com so we can assist where possible.

Subscription Orders

If you are enrolled in Subscribe & Save, you may cancel, skip, or modify an upcoming shipment at any time before it is processed. This Refund Policy applies to subscription shipments in the same way as one-time orders. See our Terms of Service for more on managing your subscription.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
